Today is a new day and has started and we have the new rumor about iPhone 8 is here. As per the recent report about iPhone 8, one of the biggest features like MacBook is coming to iPhone 8.

The report comes from trusted source of iPhone leaks, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who suggests the next iPhone could feature a Touch Bar similar to the MacBook Pro. The analyst claims the smaller iPhone will feature a large 5.8-inch OLED display, though only 5.15 inches will be the usable screen. The remaining area will apparently be reserved for virtual buttons. Despite the larger screen, Kuo believes the next iPhone will have measurements similar to the current 4.7-inch iPhone 7.

Interestingly, though, Kuo anticipates that the iPhone 8’s OLED display won’t be truly edgeless as there will be extremely thin bezels on the sides and top of the device. The bottom of the device, meanwhile, is said to feature a “function area” that will presumably be similar in utility to the Touch Baron Apple’s recently released MacBook Pro. Regardless, the main takeaway here is that the iPhone 8 will manage to squeeze in an iPhone 7 Plus-sized display onto a much smaller form factor.

The report goes on to lend more weight to the iPhone 8 costing $1,000. Kuo estimates that this would be the starting price, which sounds a bit obscene. You can blame that sticker shock on the "50 to 60 percent bump in production costs," compared to today's LCD-based iPhones.

Back in September, as Apple Insider notes, The New York Times reported that the next iPhone would likely have a "full-screen face" with an embedded "virtual button," but it now looks like there will be more than one button.

As we all are expecting and as per the different leaks and reports, this year iPhone is going to have a very big design change. Earlier reports suggested Apple's next iPhone could feature a glass and steel body and no physical home button. The company may also include an iris scanner and support for wireless charging.

As for other iPhone 8 rumors, Kuo earlier this week also issued a research note claiming that battery life on the iPhone 8 might be even better than the iPhone 7 Plus due to a stacked logic board design. Further, iPhone 8 battery life will also be bolstered by Apple’s decision to go with an OLED display, a more power efficient option than the current LCD screens currently found on Apple’s iPhone line-up.

As we all know that every day we have some new leaks or rumors about the new iPhone coming this year, may be known as iPhone 8 or iPhone X. This news is also a rumor and should be taken with the pinch of salt, but if rumors are to be believed this is going to be a game changer.
