New leak reveal the massive feature of OnePlus 5
If reports are to be believed OnePlus is all set to launch their new flagship device OnePlus 5 in the Q2 of 2017. If you are wondering how from OnePlus 3T to OnePlus 5, then just to update you "four" moniker as it is considered unlucky in China.

In the recent report published by India Today about the device, some more details have been revealed. In the report, the website has posted some photos of the back of a new OnePlus smartphone online and they are apparently of the new OnePlus 5.

Other than the camera setup, the leak also gives us an idea about the design of the device. The leaked OnePlus 5 render looks extremely similar to OnePlus 3T Midnight Black version with its brushed aluminum design with curved edges, which seems somewhere similar to OnePlus 3 & 3T versions.

If the leaked image is genuine and shows the upcoming OnePlus 5 then one more point that should be noted is, OnePlus is not moving the fingerprint scanner on the back.

The company has not issued any official statement about the upcoming smartphone, let alone the fact that the upcoming smartphone will be named OnePlus 4 or OnePlus 5 so we should take these leaks with a pinch of salt. According to a report, the design of the smartphone is not final yet and some aspects of the smartphone may change as OnePlus fine-tunes the design.

As per the earlier reports, the OnePlus 5 is supposedly going to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip inside, along with as much as 8GB of RAM. That might sound shocking at first, but the OnePlus 3 did ship with 6GB of RAM last year, so making the jump to the next threshold seems only logical.

The handset should also feature a 5.5-inch display with 2K resolution, 3,000 mAh battery, and a 23-megapixel dual lens rear camera with optical image stabilization and optical zoom. The report goes on to say the phone will be just 7mm thick.

The OnePlus 5 will supposedly have an all-screen design with small bezels. Just like the Galaxy S8, the OnePlus 5 will not have a physical home button, and the fingerprint sensor will be relocated to the back of the phone. But OnePlus should place it in a more central position than Samsung.

Previous reports indicate that the OnePlus 5 will sport a dual-edge screen and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The Chinese company is also widely expected to bump the storage on the next flagship to 256GB. Another detail says that the OnePlus 5 may come with a ceramic body mimicking the Xiaomi Mi MIX.
