LG Q6+ LG Q6 and LG Q6a launched: Price, Specification and Much More 
After months of anticipation, LG has announced a smaller version of the G6 flagship, the Q6. The primary aim behind launching the Q6 is to offer a premium experience at a lower cost. The Q6 is actually a part of the new Q series; the other two phones are the Q6+ and Q6a. LG says it will start selling the Q family in the” key markets” in Asia starting next month followed by availability in Europe, Latin America and North America.

Here are all the details of the three brand new LG phones you should know.




Display: All the three LG Q6+, LG Q6, and LG Q6a feature exact same design as the LG G6. The smartphones come with the company's FullVision display. All the three smartphones sport a 5.5-inch display FullVision display with a screen resolution of 1080x2160 pixels.

Software: LG Q6+, LG Q6, and LG Q6a runs on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Processor: The smartphones are all powered by a Snapdragon 635 processor.




Camera: On the optics front, the all the three models come with a 13-megapixel rear camera. While on front the device sports a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.

Battery: All the three smartphones are backed by a 3000 mAh battery set up.

RAM: LG Q6+ comes with 4GB of RAM. LG Q6 features 3GB of RAM. While the third device - LG Q6a comes packed with 2GB of RAM.

Storage: In terms of the storage, there are some differences. LG Q6+ comes with 64GB of internal storage, while the LG Q6 packs 32GB storage, and LG Q6a comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage.

Price and availability:




LG didn't reveal the pricing details of either of the devices. However, looking at the specifications, chances are that the LG Q6 could be the most expensive device of the lot, which the LG Q6a will be the cheapest one. On the availability front, all the three smartphones will first go on sale in key markets in Asia starting next month - August and later the smartphones are expected to hit Europe, Latin America, and North America markets.

Commenting on the launch, President of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, Juno Cho said, "The LG Q6 is a blend of premium features, great performance and attractive pricing, a combination that is extremely important to us as we look at the way consumers are using smartphones around the world."
