iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus going through big battery issue, will it be next Note 7?
Apple has launched the new iPhone 8 a month’s back and as per the reports, it didn’t get that good response. The main reason behind that might be the iPhone X, which is more advanced and futuristic device that Apple launched with iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus this year.

But, we have some bad news coming in for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Recently we have reported the issue of “Screen split opening issue reported for iPhone 8 Plus.” At that, it seemed to one of the cases but now few more cases, although no case of battery blast and now even Apple has acknowledged the issue on Friday and said it is "aware and looking into" the matter concerning battery problems that were reported on some units of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.

One of the major questions comes here is, are we going to see the another Note 7 this year in the form of the issue? the issue has plagued a whole batch of iPhones like it was with the Galaxy Note 7 or just a handful of them?

The answer to all these questions lies in the depth of time and will soon be revealed. Talking more about the incidents, early reports came in from Taiwan and Japan where the iPhone 8 was said to "split open", pushing the display out of the chassis. The only component of the phone that is capable of such an expansion is the battery.  While the Taiwan incident happened while charging (from the bundled charger and cable), the iPhone 8 Plus buyer in Japan got a swollen iPhone 8 Plus out of the box.

One of the reasons behind the issue could be when the batteries are overcharged or overheated. But swelling is a fail-safe mechanism that prevents batteries from exploding, and swelling of the iPhone 8 battery is, in fact, a proof that the mechanism is working fine.

This is not the only problem that the new iPhone models face. A few iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus users reported that the earpiece on the phone made a "crackling" sound while they were on a call. Though the recent iOS 11.0.2 update from Apple has fixed the problem. The phones went on sale on September 30 in India, and no issue has been reported so far.
